Screen printing is a stencil process where a print is made. The image or design is superimposed on a very fine mesh screen and printing ink is squeegeed onto the printing surface through the area of the screen that is not covered by the stencil.
Multiple colors means an individual screen for each color that have to be setup to perfection. Once the print is made, the ink must be cured by heat, and then it's ready to wear. |
